1. Brand & awards (PR)

• Find design and agency awards that fit our work.
• Own the submissions end to end — writing, assets, filing.
• Build relationships with industry press and pitch our work for features.

2. Content strategy & creation

• Come up with content that's built for Instagram, LinkedIn, and our own channels — not retrofitted for them.
• Direct, shoot, and film behind-the-scenes, project work, and the team.
• Cut your own Reels and short-form and collaborate with external editors for more complex work.
• Write and publish the industry takes, blog posts, and LinkedIn pieces that make us worth following.

3. Case studies & showcasing the work

• Turn finished projects into case studies that read like stories — for the site and for pitches.
• Repurpose each one into teasers, carousels, and clips for social.

4. Lifecycle & outreach

• Run a newsletter to prospects, past partners, and people in our orbit.
• Run the channels that keep us on prospects' radar — newsletter, LinkedIn, media outreach and case studies that land in the right inbox at the right time.

5. Planning & execution

• Keep the editorial calendar honest so we ship consistently.
• Work with the design team to grab assets, book interviews, and get footage.
